What We Are Looking For
The commodity group “Machining” includes high-precision machined parts made of various materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, and titanium as well as the associated process technologies.
Process technologies
- Precision machining: milling, turning, grinding, electrical discharge machining
- Galvanic processes: eloxal, chemical nickel plating, chrome plating
- Sheet metal processing: laser cutting, laser welding, bending
- Optics machining: mirrors and diamond machining
- Other technologies: etching, plastic injection molding, precision granite
The commodity group “Drive technology” includes bearings, screw drives, linear guides, joints and motors in various designs, and position sensors.
- Bearings and guides: ball screws*, roller screws*, roller and thin-section bearings, linear guides
- Motors: stepper and linear motors, (BL)DC motors, torque motors, vacuum motors, motor assemblies including gearhead and encoder, gearheads, gears, couplings
- Sensors: linear position sensors (absolute and incremental), measuring systems, strain gauge sensors, other types of sensors as needed
- Standard parts: screws*, damping technology, sealing technology
- Micrometers: threaded spindles, fine adjustment screws
- Springs: springs*
- Magnets: individual magnets*, magnet assemblies*
- Vacuum components: vacuum feedthroughs, vacuum connectors, vacuum screws

The commodity group “Materials” includes precious metals, structural ceramics, adhesives, chemicals, ceramic raw materials, and other raw materials.
- Ceramic raw materials: ultra-pure and ultra-fine oxide, titanate, carbonate, stannate
- Precious metals: precious metal pastes with silver, gold, palladium; targets made of silver and gold (PVD coating: vacuum process)
- Structural ceramics: ceramic components with narrow tolerances, sintering aids
- Adhesives: natural and synthetic adhesives
- Chemicals: acids, bases, lyes, solvents
- Raw materials: steel, aluminum, copper, brass, plastic
The commodity group “Indirect material” includes all goods and services that do not feed into the production process and are not part of the final product.
- Packaging: paper, plastic, customizable packaging
- Consumables for production: chemicals, auxiliary materials, operating materials
- Services: waste management, logistics, engineering, construction, gastronomy, custodial services, consultation, and training
- IT needs: hardware, software, software development
- Equipment for laboratory and medical technology
- Technical operating equipment: measuring equipment, machine tools, production equipment, office equipment
